Answers before you sign up.
Do I need to import my own price book to start?
No. You can start with our included price book for common electrical materials and mark up items to match your usual pricing. When you're ready, you can upload your own CSV or edit prices directly to reflect your supply-house pricing.
What if my trade isn't electrical?
The app is built to work with any trade's price book — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general contracting. Electrical items are what's included at launch. If you're another trade, you can upload your own price book on day one, and we'll expand the starter data as more contractors join.
How long does it take to generate my first estimate?
Under 10 minutes for most contractors. Sign up, log in, either use the starter price book or paste your own items, add customer info, click through the parts you need, and export a PDF. No training required.
Can my team share one price book?
Yes on Crew and Pro plans. Everyone on the team edits and quotes from the same source of truth, so nobody's guessing at old prices or using their own outdated spreadsheet.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Any pricing data, cost lists, and estimates you upload or build in PriceCrew are yours. Export everything to CSV any time, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
What founding member pricing is planned?
Proposed founding member rates are $39/month for Solo, $79/month for Crew and $149/month for Pro. Proposed regular rates are $49, $99 and $199/month respectively. Final pricing and founding member terms will be confirmed before paid subscriptions activate.
